Ban Appeal

Good evening,
I was casually playing in one of your server all fine with the usual guys that have been playing on the server for the last few days that I've came back to playing bf3 and a dude named vloppy2405 started to call everyone cheater and voting to kick/ban everyone that would be on the opposite team and performing better than him I even tried to ask him if he wanted me to show if I was not cheating he didn't care and so didn't the people that were voting yes and I ended up getting banned a short bit after I was kicked (for rejoining and the same dude starting a ban vote). I'm sorry for having all the chat just to ask for you to kindly remove my ban as I have never used cheats on this game and don't ever plan on using them. Tickets/my account is this one http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf3/user/Francisc546/ and the game that started all this ( which very little bothers me if nothing it's done to him since it's already been proved his stupidity ) is this one http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf3/user/vloppy2405/.
Thank you in regards for having the patience in reading this and I hope I can play on your servers, I've really had loads of fun on them from the metro 3k tickets to this tdm 500 tickets
