BFBC2 PunkBuster violation (GameHack # 81655)

Dear friends,

has anyone been recently experiencing a Punk-buster bug which is still there after multiple PB updates/re-installations on Battlefield Bad Company 2 ?
what is the reason and how to fix this unpleasant issue? please check the photo for more illustration.

There is nothing we can do here, you have to appeal the ban at evenbalance.
Give them all the information you have.
