Got Kicked by using M67

Happened several times with me that I go kicked using a granade even if I didn't use that.
So I just playing like 1,5 hours on the [WBKS] Gaming#3 - Metro - No Explosives {NoobMagnet Special} server I was on the top of the socre board and suddenly got kicked, as I said I did not use a granade, but I used my weapon(M16 or M416).
Does anyone has this problem?
Does any of the admins can explain why I'm getting kicked?
