Appeal for lifting the Ban (BF3 - Metro)

Hello Admins,
Played Battlefield 3 with a machine gun (in game name FairfaxSRB, between sites A and B, shooting at the corridor on bunch of enemies - popping up) on the server [WBKS] Gaming # 3 - Metro - No Explosives {NoobMagnet Special} on 23.03.2018. (around 17-18h).
At one point, game the game turned off and i got this:
HSK Automatic Ban [Live][6-L-28-91] [perm][autoadmin]
I played this game for about 700+ hours.
For that time, I was able to learn how to shoot. I'm not the best player, but cheating - NEVER (I'm too old for something like that...).
Please remove the perm-ban.
