als ich am 24. April auf euren Server gespielt habe, wurde ich plötzlich gebannt. Habe mich deswegen erstmal bei evenbalance gemeldet. Dort bekam ich folgende Antwort: "We do not find this violation to be triggered in error, and it will not be removed. It is at the discretion of the third-party ban list administrator to remove any ban given as a result of this violation.

To be clear: we are not saying that you cheated as we have no way to know who triggered the violation. If it is certain that no one playing on your computer ever had a cheat/hack violation triggered by PunkBuster, then your GUID (cdkey and/or game account password) has been stolen by or leaked to someone who has used it on a different computer to trigger the violation. We do not have the means to help you find out who is responsible for compromising your GUID."

Da ich einige Monate nicht gespielt habe und in meinem Battlereports seit 7 Monaten keinen Eintrag habe, kann ich den letzten Teil ausschließen.

also laut dem Admin-tool bist du nicht gebannt.

Ok, komisch.
Bekomme folgende Fehlermeldung, wenn ich versuche einen Server beizutreten: Game disconnected: you were kicked by PunkBuster. Stated reason: PunkBuster kicked player 'IChaKaLaKaI' (for 1200 minutes) ... PBBans.com enforced a previous MBi Ban for IChaKaLaKaI. [Admin Decision].

Da habe ich, wie schon geschrieben, Beschwerde eingereicht. Ich dachte, dass der angesprochene "third-party administrator" einer eurer Admins wäre. Dachte erst, ich wäre nur für die 1200 Minuten gebannt worden. Da das jetzt aber schon mehrere Tage so geht, wurde ich wohl doch permanent gebannt.
Jetzt bin ich noch verwirrter, ich weiß echt nicht, woher dieser Bann kommen soll und von wem er verhängt wurde.

du kannst versuchen dein punkbuster zu updaten, das spiel mal neu instalieren, oder eben auf antwort warten von punkbuster

This ban won't be removed by EvenBalance or PBBans as it's on the Master Ban Index
so updating PB won't solve anything unfortunately.

According to the link you have been Punkbuster global banned for Wallhacking. The only people who can remove the ban are EvenBalance. If you don't agree with the ban you need to contact them. But as Judge said, they probebly wont do this because your PunkBuster violation is that serious.

I am really interessted, which evidences they have, that i should have used a wallhack, which i never used.
