Ban appeal

Well, I was recently banned because of "roof glitch". All I did was spawn on a squadmate. Didn't know about this "glitch" thing on metro, and I don't even know how to access this glitch.
I would like to appeal this ban, as I will never make that mistake again. I'm really sorry about it.
