G-Portal EPS Server Performance BF4

Hello,

i'm a member of the opt-community that plays BF4 on a large scale (barely full server) between members of our community.
Our server (EPS edition) is hosted on G-Portal too but but we have serious problems with it.

The last war it crashed twice so we had to abort. We think it was a DDOS (we are allowed to stream the wars on the DeSBL Twitch account and maybe a kiddy has too much time to spent in front of the pc...) but the support had no decent answer - btw they advertise with a DDOS protection...
Yesterday during the second war we got red server icons and massive lags, but no crashes at all - it was completely unplayable. Again the support is not helpful at all since they can't address this issue nor have the time to do it in short times (about 200 tickets open).

Long story, would it be possible to get in contact with the server admin? Maybe he could help us figure out this problem comparing server settings?

we have sometimes DDoS too... BF3 and BF4!
