Hello, I'm a new player to your BF3 servers but I have been playing BF3 for approx 3500 hours with my account. The other day I was scanning my computer with Malwarebytes to see if there was any issue.

I noticed some punkbuster files the A and B were in there but Malwarebytes chose to ignore them. I then logged onto your server and was kicked with some punkbuster violation. I then went to evenbalance website and reinstalled punkbuster and I forgot to reboot my computer. I then went to log onto your BF3 server

and was banned,

PunkBuster kicked player 'ScoobyDDoo' (for 1200 minutes) ... PBBans.com enforced a previous MBi Ban for ScoobyDDoo. [Admin Decision]

I am confused by this. I play fair and try to be nice to all players and I do not cheat.
I live stream all my gameplay and here is the video of the stream when your server banned me. I was not doing anything out of the ordinary. I was watching a movie, playing Battlefield 3 and live streaming to Youtube.

Is this ban an Admin ban that has destroyed my Battlefield 3 Account or is it a Punkbuster Ban due to problems with my Punkbuster Installation? I have appealed the ban with evenbalance but they have not replied to me yet so I was curious to ask if this was an Admin made punkbuster ban!

This is the only battlereport I can locate for your server, you can see my skill is below average, I just like to play the game and usually on our servers they are empty. So finding a populated server is difficult but I am a team player.

This ban has made my account useless for playing on any punkbuster enabled server. For years I have been a server admin myself, I have my own website www.battlefieldplatoon.com and a community of friends and a regular player of Battlefield 3.

Some other players have suggested this wave of bans might be because we played the Battlefield 5 Open Beta and required updates to play it. I am not sure. But I am sure I was respectful on your sever and played as best I can.

If you can assist me lifting the ban I would be very grateful.

I have appealed the ban at evenbalance I have not had reply do you know how long they take?

I don't hack, can't believe I got this ban it happened when joining the WBKS server I see lots of other players have this same ban. Do you know what it could be to trigger this?

I gonna be blunt to you, but i can count the amount of people i know that got pb banned and got unbanned after this on one hand, and than i can use 3 fingers for something else. Your chances are close to 0, especially with a violation like gamehack...

Something on your pc triggered PB to give it the ban.

This is absurd. I can stick one finger up too. I didn't cheat or hack. The appeal process is ridiculous. I can't play any Battlefield 3 for this account. Evenbalance won't lift the ban. I see this in my Punkbuster Logs but nothing to suggest why there is a problem. Evenbalance use some crap excuse that my account GUID may have been leaked or stolen. I was the only one playing with this account Origin would have logged me out otherwise.

After I noticed the punkbuster error I reinstalled punkbuster, didn't reboot then joined your server again and the ban was enforced [Admin Decision]

We can't help u with this, pb is intergrated in all ranked and official servers. We have no control over these bans, i am sorry.
