Hi man, dear Phenix I have few quauestions:

1: why are you ignoring my !admin online requests?
2: how can you ban ppl if you are not even in game if I m calling you to watch situation?
3: why dont you ban always crying goddynamo if I m reporting him as the only guy crying for my glitch if I m not even at the corner but just using geometry to eliminate angle to hit me ( evenen if i m geting hits and be killing by the enemy using skills or brain )????
4: Are you baning ppl just in case of kill cam proof? ( Some told me you were in game, rly??? rly??? If u were ther you have to see me geting hits and kills!.. How can i die if I m glitvhing dafaq???? damn rly sorry but this is ridiculous!)
5: have you ever read my chat messages looking for help at admins to watch situation and swearing to me????
6: It is really glitch I f I m getting hits and I m dead 5 or 6 times in a minute by any other enemy than treporting and useless no brain and nonsense voting goddynamo?

And finaly the last one... Goddynamo every enter the game rtv against me even dont he see me... never.. NEVER! succesful!!!!! many votes NO for me... and against this you banm me fopr some trashtalks against me from this metro looser specialist??? against my X reports to him about nonsense rtv, abusing me and swearing to me? have you ever read hiss chat history to me and never ban him? rly?

P.S. Why dont you ban goddynamo, patriot etc for m320 underslug bug using if I ve reported them???

If you are ignoring my requests in game hope you give me some meaningful anwers here if everywhere you are playing dead bug.

dear Phenix, I saw your stats, dont know if this is your first acount... but in that case, you are not alowed to be an Admin! no skills, no experiences, nothing... if u have play about 1K hours, you can say you can play quiet well... otherwise I dont know what are you doing here.

First of all, let's calm down a bit. This is now how you talk to an admin, or a person in general. I am not TRB_Phenix, but i am one of the Admins. However i know that Phenix is a smart lad and doing a great job, that is way more valuable than tons of hours..

1. We get tons of report everyday from the report tool, we try to watch these, but especially for Battlefield 3 not everytime a member or admin will respond.
2. We have many tools and tricks to keep an eye on the servers without being there, we all have a private life and we do this next to this so most of the time we can't join.

About the other cases i can't answer, but if you want to report and it seems report doesn't help, you could always report on the forum or teamspeak.

Now you should understand that most of the admins wouldn't understand such a frustrating text. So i ask you, to if you would like to have any questions answered, calm down, so we can talk about it.

Thank you for your concerns that lead you to check if I am worthy to be an admin, I did some research. As I have over 1'000 hours of playtime in BF3 with my first acc (I started playing in spring 2012) and over 400 hours on TRB_Phenix, I am glad to see that I am therefore able to overshoot the needed minimum of 1k hours playtime, so we can talk this out, okay?

1. I totally have to agree with Goodfood here, I think I may say that our members and especially admins would never ignore reports and/or admin calls if they see them ingame or in the admin tool, sometimes we might be not a the desk for a minute or not online in the admin tool while we are playing, that has nothing to do with harmful meaning, we are only humans.
2. We have our reasons to ban people, independet of the fact if we are ingame at the moment the ban is outpoken or not, that depends on the ban reason and the evidence available.
3. We will check the case of this player called "goddynamo", be sure.
4. I don't think WBKS has to render account of how they do their job, believe me that we got ourselves guidlines for that.
5. I did not, but I don't think that you would check every players chat messages after you banned him, we got tons of reports, rule violations and actions to take on our multiple gameservers every day. But of course we shall have a look into it now.
6. I don't have to explain to you how glitching works, you know that very well.

And please don't turn it like goddynamo is the only guy that reports you for glitching, thats just not true.

Reports for M320 underslug using have to be validated by an ingame admin to avoid report abuse. I for myself go online and check if this player really uses M320 underslug if I see incoming reports in the admin tool.

And what do I see here: pacu69 banned for "No M320 or GP-30 allowed!" for 1 day, that happend only some days ago...please follow this rule yourself before you judge over other players, thank you.

I shall not lift your ban, but perhaps some of my fellow admin colleagues or a (Co-)Leader gives you an unban.

And as already mentioned we'll check goddynamo and the chatlogs related to it, I know this guy is not a saint.
