Hello, I wanted to play today in #7 WBKS BF3, but the error came "PunkBuster kicked player 'Venom5434' (for 1200 minutes) ... PBBans.com enforced a previous MBi Ban for Venom5434. [Admin Decision]"

I do not understand why, because I have never cheated. Removing and reinstalling Punkbuster did not help, so I got banned for nothing and now I can not play with friends who are witnesses that I'm clean. I am in top10 and i spend on server 560 hours. I hope that the problem will be solved quickly.

You got banned by the inteegrated anticheat from punkbuster. It found something on your pc that looks like a cheat program.

On this page is a link to the appeal, however, Even Balance is not known for it's unban ability. Even if you weren't cheating, the chance is very big that you will never be able to use it again for Battlefield 3. I am sorry to tell you this.

The anticheat-software has been triggered so now you've got to either get that ban removed or to accept the ban, we can't help you.

You've not been banned manually in our AdminTool, so if you get the ban removed, you'll automatically be able to join our servers again, therefore I close this thread.

Sorry, but 99% of all players banned for cheating will tell us that it was not them hacking but a virus they are not responsible for, thats nothing against you...
