because you report everyone who is better than you, and the admin decide that you need a break

As elfe said, we banned you for report spam, votekick and voteban abuse.
After your many reports on the forum which were mainly about reporting good players with thousands of hours gametime, i checked your account's chat activity, seeing you did over 70 report and tons of votekick/ -ban spam/abuse.
I messaged you privately about this matter to inform you about this. Please know that votekick and voteban abuse is not allowed. Battlefield 3 is an old game with a lot of real diehard lovers for it, people who dont like the newer battlefields. They hold on the game, getting extremely experienced. If you are not able to reproduce the stats they make doesn't mean these players cheat. Therefor please calm down with the votekicks and votebans. the first ban will expire in 2 and a half days. If we see more violations of our rules we can decide to add newer longer bans. So please behave in our servers.
