Hey - I was trying to play on your WBKS servers this morning but didn't manage to login. On all your servers there seem I'm getting the "You were kicked by an admin" message or similar connection lost etc.

Can you please double check whether this is correct/the "ban" can be lifted?

Hello, the ban is correct. You were automatically banned from our system due to a punkbuster ban.
